I was very happy with the promptness and professionalism of All Plumbing. Our water main broke between the meter and the foundation of our house, and was dumping large amounts of water underneath our foundation. This only went on for about 12 hours, because All Plumbing came out promptly the same day it happened to give an estimate and help me shut off the water at the street. This probably saved our sump pumps that had already been overloaded for 12+ hours.

The next day, a crew of three people showed up on a cold January day and dug a 50 foot ditch. By 8pm that night, they had laid a new pipe and connected it, so my family and I could take baths before going to bed. The next morning, another crew showed up bright and early to seal the holes in the foundation (they did a very thorough job) and fill up the ditch. They even went so far as to try and replace the grass that had been dug up. They swept the driveway and went the extra mile. The plumbing work was difficult and time consuming, and I feel like the price was fair. I would definitely use them again.

DEC 2021 MIDDLE OF WINTER AND MY WATER HEATER FAILED. ALL PLUMBING CAME THROUGH THE SAME DAY This company is so knowledgeable in various plumbing issues and finally a company i feel like i can trust that knows what they are doing. I had other companies scheduled but i remember all plumbing company was my landlady’s plumbing company. I had written their name down when i was renting in Vienna just in case i ever bought my own house. I looked for their name and number, called them and canceled the other companies appointments. They fixed my problem until the part comes in. They will be my go to company for everything as long as i live on the east coast.

July 2022 all plumbing came through again!! They definitively take care of their customers! I passed other plumbing companies up for them. I was without hot water. They came out same day and i have hot water tonight! They will NEVER FAIL you.

We can’t speak highly enough of Kabir and his team at All Plumbing, Inc. From the initial visit to diagnose our issue to the completion of the job, we were super impressed. We called All Plumbing in panic mode as our toilet backed up and we had a family funeral to attend. It was a horrible time but the All Plumbing team showed up quickly, explained everything, and made sure all was put back as they found it, inside and outside our home.

The first team, Ismail and Oscar, showed up quickly and performed a diagnostic on our sewer line. They were efficient, and explained what they needed to do to find the problem. The diagnostic involved using their camera, and diligently working to diagnose the issue, find out if sewer line was cracked and why it kept backing up. Once they assessed the problem, Samuel and his team came out immediately following to start the project. Our sewer pipe from our home to the main line was the issue. Samuel and his team of at least 6 people, worked through the evening,
until 11pm and returned at 8am the next morning. They found 3 cracks in our sewer pipe and had to replace the pipe. They were super repsponsive with our emergency of a backed up sewer line.

Kabir also came to our home early the next morning with empathy, professionalism, and treated us like family. That is customer service that every business should follow and appreciate all Kabir and his team did for us.

Once the work was completed, they put the grass back as it was before digging, washed the driveway, sealed areas with asphalt and there was almost no evidence any work had been done. Great attention to detail and got the entire job done in 24 hours. They replaced our sewer line quickly and at a reasonable price. They were also flexible with working with our quick timeline due to a death in our family. It’s difficult to find a trustworthy service company these and HIGHLY recommend All Plumbing. They did a FANTASTIC job replacing the sewer
pipe from our home to the main line, from beginning to end. The peace of mind knowing All Plumbing could fix such a major project during a difficult time, was exceptional.

Seldom in business do people praise the service when they are satisfied. I am writing today because of the work that one of your crews has done for me over the past three days and I wanted to make sure that they were recognized when it was fresh in my mind. Beginning Wednesday of this week, they began replacing pipe. Each day, they are courteous and make a point of keeping my condo clean and as free from dust as possible by placing plastic where necessary and laying down canvas so that they don’t put marks on my carpet.
