Repeat customer- Pleased by the continued professionalism by this team.So many things to compliment:1. Great customer service via scheduling by Edgar in the office in spite of my condo adding complications. They still kept me as a priority. Great communication during and after regular hours2. Eliseo and Artur were the perfect team for my job. Professional. Prompt. Knowledgeable. Problem solvers. Troubleshooters. Focused. Efficient.I had a rather complicated job since I own an older condo apartment with 80 plus year old infrastructure that I wanted to update to current codes as much as possible. We were looking at a multiple day job possibly that they did in less than six hours not even taking a break for lunch!( Read below for more detail.)I wanted to prevent an imminent series of issues I could foresee in the future.It involved updating and installing new, proper dual-valve supply valves for hot and cold water, removing the old saddle valves and reconnecting dishwasher and ice maker supply line to the proper new valves AND due to the age of the condo building, an extra task:This winter brought 3 weeks of below freezing temperatures. Many condominium complexes experienced over a week of heating outages, hot water outages and a sewer back ups where lines meet the county sewer mains. (The ancient galvanized steel drain lines are past due their life expectancies.So to prevent water damage and facilitate better flow, I requested to allow easier access to clear kitchen drain backups I requested my drain lines be updated, new P traps etc up to the shared drain connections be installed with premium products. Extensive new plumbing in my kitchen and through to shared drain was lowered and installed to comply with current codes)They even came back an hour later to check to make sure everything was leak free... AFTER HOURS. Above and beyond I tell you.So glad I chose them again for this project. They surpassed their previous customer service.(Reasonably priced especially after a few snags were thrown in front of them by the condo. They rolled with the punches like true professionals. Bravo guys!)

I was told by my condo building that my toilet was leaking into the unit below. I was able to get All Plumbing to come out the same day I called, and they diagnosed that I would need a new flange and a new wax ring. They came back the next day and made the repairs. While they were unable to meet the timeline I had been given on both days (arriving later than scheduled), they communicated well via phone and text so I knew what to expect. They were able to work with the building to get the access they needed. Manuel and Miguel completed the repairs quickly and left my bathroom clean and tidy afterwards. A very positive experience. The before and after photos tell the story.

Hugo and Esteban did an excellent job updating our bathroom. They replaced the sink faucet, bathtub/ shower head, over flow plate and gasket, and handle for water/flow and temperature control that included the tub/shower cartridge, which that was the culprit of a leaky water spout.They were on time, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and explained everything in detail. Furthermore their communication was great. They called us when they were en route and when they arrived at our residence.We were pleased with their work. Alas, my nearly 40-year-old water heater recently bit the dust. After getting a couple of estimates for a new one, I decided to go with All Plumbing, both because their estimate was more reasonable and because Kabir at All Plumbing continued to be so responsive and helpful as we exchanged information via email regarding an estimate.The team (Jose and Dominick) arrived promptly and ready to work. I'll mention here that my water heater is a low-boy located under the eaves through an opening in the wall at the end of my little laundry room. It is not at all easy to work on, and the opening in the wall is barely wider than the water heater so getting the old one out and the new one in was an additional challenge. Nonetheless, Jose and Dominick continued to work steadily for several hours until they successfully completed this difficult job. I also appreciated that they installed a lever-type control for shutting off the water to the water heater if needed (e.g., in an emergency), which is much easier to use than the old-style one on the old water heater.I also had them install a new garbage disposal (the old was literally held together with duct tape), and they did a great job with that as well.Both work areas were left nice and clean.Bottom Line: Although needing a new water heater (and paying for it!) is no fun, I am a happy customer. (With kudos to Jose and Dominick for their excellent work!)

Their team was able to make an emergency call within 4 hours and 30 min ahead of the estimated time. Our main sewer line was clogged past 40 feet and they unclogged it in less than 20 min.The team also expertly reinstalled the toilet with all new items and no issues. Very clean and tidy too. Explained what happened. 10/10 highly recommended
